28 LIFE LESSONS I HAVE LEARNT OVER THE LAST 28 YEARS OF MY LIFE.

 27th of January each year, mark a new year for me. A new year that makes me grow in wisdom through the life experience I have encountered.

I will love to share with the world, 28 life lesson I have learnt in the past 28yrs of my life.

1.       God is real, and he sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ to die for our sin. Jesus died and he is raised, sitting at the right hand of God the Father. This is a reality that I have believed and encountered.

2.       Whatsoever you think, say and do, create the reality you encounter in life and the ones you will encounter later in the future.

3.       Whatsoever you give to a person, the end goal is to buy time for that person to serve God.

4.       Hatred, Jealousy and pride in possessions are the reasons why people do the following to other people:

¨       Bad mouthing other people.

¨       Gossiping other people.

¨       Mocking other people.

¨       Lying against other people.

¨       Looking-down on other people.

5.       Hatred is the child of bitterness, while bitterness is the child of un-forgiven offences.

6.       Humility is not simplicity. Humility is your mindset towards people: how you place them in life. Simplicity is the unfortunate condition of your life around you forcing you to look humble.

7.       Humility is one of the products found in the package box of love.

8.       As you spend time with God in prayers, reading/meditating upon the word of God, fellowshipping with the brethren, the love of God and faith increases in your life.

9.       Peace, Joy and Love cannot be given to you by any human on earth. It is God that gives to your heart peace, Joy and Love. So spend quality time with God every day.

10.   Whatsoever you see and hear, shape the posture of your mind.

11.   When you have a visitor in your house, endeavor to give him food or water to drink to refresh the strength he/she lost in coming to your house. By doing so, you are sowing the seed of hospitality in your visitor’s heart.

12.   Insults and curse words injures the heart of a person. And that person may never want to have anything to do with you in life.

13.   Bless people that bless you, bless people that insult you, bless people that curse you.

14.   I have got to understand that sometimes telling the truth gets you into trouble. But be certain, that you cannot do anything against the truth but for the truth.

15.   Every human being you have heard about or seen, even the stranger that passes by your house is a divine blessing to you directly or indirectly.

16.   The 24 basic human needs are as follows: food, water, clothes, shelter, health-care, good hygiene, sleep, love (family and friends), sex, electricity (light), and means of transportation, means of communication, security, leadership, education, jobs, businesses, religion, music, movies, sports, news, fun gathering, and heat energy.

17.   100% of the money you will earn in your lifetime will be spent on the basic needs of humans.

18.   The square of wealth is

§  High-income skills.

§  Investments.

§  Businesses.

§  Education.

19.   The pentagon of every country is

§  The academia.

§  The industries.

§  The Government.

§  The public

§  The ecosystem.

20.   Do not do to others what you don’t want them to do to you. It pains to be treated badly, so treat people nicely.

21.   Chasing after women is a sign of lust and foolishness.

22.   Some people will come close to you because of your wealth and your position in the society, or your value. The day any of these are not there, they shot the doors on you and forget about you.

23.   Greeting people is a sign of respect and a medium to start a quality relationship with people.

24.   Forgiveness is truly rewarding, though painful.

25.   Unconditional love is real. It only takes a transformed person, by the word of God to radiate unconditional love.

26.   Nothing on earth will truly satisfy your soul except the word of God. Read it and meditate on it daily.

27.   If people are diligent with the act of giving, no human will wake up in the morning without a breakfast to eat.

28.   Both the rich and the poor run to the toilet at the end of the day. Life is beautiful in love and humility.
